Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to info@peak2prairie.ca and will only be recognized once received by Peak to Prairie admin.

Greater than 30 days from the start date

• The deposit will be refunded in full

Less than 30 days

• The full course amount will be forfeited

When a course is booked Peak to Prairie instructors immediately begin incurring expenses, including deposits for instructors, accommodation, and transportation.

Day 1

Is online and pre-work for the in-person portion.  You will receive the online course once booked and registered well before the course date to be completed at your convenience.  There will be a group Zoom call or email closer to the course date to communicate course specific details for the field day and answer any questions.

Day 2

Is the field day with all course participants.  It is almost a full day in the field so dress accordingly and bring a lunch!  It will be in Revelstoke B.C. so ensure that is feasible for you.  Check Drive BC before setting off on your trip to ensure the highways don't inhibit your travels.  We will be applying the practical side of the theory covered in the online portion.  TRIPLE CHECK YOU HAVE ALL OF YOUR GEAR!
